At the UKDBA we are committed to Dodgeball as a ‘Sport for All’. That is why we are working closely with experts in the field to develop new opportunities for Dodgeball to be played by people of all ages, genders, backgrounds and abilities.

The MY Dodgeball inclusive booklet has been designed so that everyone has the opportunity to introduce dodgeball to their sessions, with varying rules for the blind, deaf, ambulant and non-ambulant players. The booklet is available to download here for free. If you have any feedback from your experiences of introducing dodgeball please get in touch.

Living healthily in midlife can double your chances of being healthy at 70
and beyond. In March 2016 ‘One You’ was launched, a ground-breaking new campaign to help adults across the country, particularly those in middle age, to take control of their health so that they can enjoy significant benefits now and in later life. ‘One You’ gives people the chance to reappraise their lifestyle choices, put themselves first and do something about their own health before it is too late.

People aged over 18 are able to take the ‘How Are You‘ online quiz and find more information about ‘One You‘ online.
